I recently became a mortgage lawn officer and I would love to know some selling techniques that could help me in my field.Doug Duncan: Sherri I think the number one attribute that the excellent sells person has is integrity. I think if you get build trust to the potential costumer that you immediately have a problem. The second one I think is good listening skills to understand what the needs of the costumer are and then the third one is clear communication and describing for the costumer what the options are with regard to in this case mortgage products. But it does certainly will continue to be a good field to be in and those three attributes will be strong plusses.
